Washington DC
Our SPARC trip to Washington D. C. was open to all 8th graders. 25 students and 8 adults went on the trip. Students traveled back in time by touring Mt. Vernon, visiting the nation鈥檚 war memorials, and experiencing history and science in the Smithsonian museums. A highlight of the 2015 trip was touring the Pentagon, the U.S. Capitol with Louie Gohmert, and the White House.聽 As usual, the trip ended with a fun night of eating and dancing on a Potomac River Cruise!
