Cindy Rodriguez was born and raised in Tyler, Texas. She received her Bachelor鈥檚 degree from The University of Texas at Tyler and her Master鈥檚 degree from Texas A&M in Texarkana. She retired after 33 years in public schools to care for her elderly parents. Cindy is married and has two grown children and three grandchildren she enjoys spending time with. Cindy and her husband Joe enjoy traveling and spending time with friends and family.
