Making Music with Friends
On Monday, the Lower School kicked off the 2015 Fine Arts Week with a musical presentation by Mr. Pierce called, “Making Music with Friends.” The students learned about many of the ways we can make music with our friends and what “Fine Art” really means. Joining Mr. Pierce was local musical theater performer and instructor, Megan Younger, and the organist and choirmaster from First Presbyterian Church – Tyler, Donald Duncan. Music was performed by the great composers Mozart, Joplin, and Gershwin.
