Fourth grade make bandage sheets for Chimala
In December, fourth听graders from Mrs. Dawkins鈥� and Mrs. Ponce鈥檚 classes began bringing sheets that were to be cut into strips and then rolled into bandages to be sent to a hospital in Chimala. On Tuesday, the students visited The Benevolent Center at West Erwin Church of Christ where they rolled some bandages from the very sheets they provided. The students also folded and sorted donated clothes that are given out at the center. It was a wonderful experience for the kids and adults, too.
