6th & 7th Grade Remembers September 11th
6th and 7th Grade Humanities (Mrs. Mattay and Mrs. Figueroa) visited the museum for a lesson on 9/11. Students watched a video and heard from Mrs. Bynum about the causes and effects of that day on the U.S. This was very useful for our students because they were born just 2-3 years after this event occurred and do not have personal experience or memories of that day. Just another way the American Freedom Museum is making a lasting impact on students!
